Where’s my order?

Can’t wait to wear your Fearlesss items?! We know that feeling! So don’t worry girl, you will receive an email from us to confirm your order along with your order number, once your order has been picked you will receive a tracking number. However, you may not be able to track this until your goodies have been scanned by the courier chosen, this is normally around 6pm daily.

Our Fearlesss family are only available to dispatch orders Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.

We know how desperate you will be to wear your order, so here’s the links to our couriers websites to track its progress.

How can I return my order?

Returns must include a completed returns form (included in your parcel) failure to do so may result in a delay or problem with your return.

To return your parcel simply use the pre-paid returns label which you can download from (UK customers only) and drop to your local Post Office.

If you are returning an item(s) or in the rare event that your item(s) are deemed as faulty or incorrect we ask that you contact us using on and we'll arrange to get the items(s) back to ourselves, ensuring you don't receive any extra cost. Please note we are unable to reimburse any extra unarranged postage fees.

All items should be returned to: Fearlesss Returns Dept, Waterside House,Crossall Street, Macclesfield, SK11 6XQ.

Can I amend or cancel my order?

We are sorry babes once your order has been placed we are unable to make any changes, however, we maybe able to cancel your order if this has not been marked as dispatched, are team are speedy so we normally have orders dispatched within an hour or two!

Have you received my return and when will my refund be processed?

Don’t worry gal, once we have processed your return we will drop you an email to confirm your refund , please allow us up to 10 working days once we have received this back to process your request. If you haven’t received the email we do advise checking your junk/spam folder as these can bounce.

If you are a little worried that your return isn’t back with us in the 48 hour time frame, you can stick your ‘barcode’ number from your returns receipt into the Royal Mail website and check the status -

We have a speedy accounts team that aim to process your refund asap however we do ask for you to allow up to 10 working days for this to be completed.

Can I exchange my item(s)?

Sorry but exchanges are not possible! ☹ We wish we could girl but as we are a fast fashion company a lot of our styles sell out really quick, so to avoid disappointment we ask for you to re-order the new item and return the goodies you don’t wish to keep. 
*Please note in exceptional circumstances where a faulty or incorrect item is received we do ask that you contact our team on so that we can exchange your item asap for you!

I’m having trouble with the website, what can I do?

When we add new stock and styles online, you girls go CRAZY mad! Meaning the website can be in high demand, If you’re unable to load the website we do advise to refresh your page, clear your cache or try using another device and you’ll be back shopping with us!

What are your sizes like?

We try our hardest to ensure our items are true to size, as us girls at Fearlesss HQ know how hard it can be ordering online. On occasions an item maybe made bigger or smaller in size, but we always state this in our product descriptions! If you do find a style doesn’t run true to size, please let our customer care team know as we always love to hear your feedback! – Just tell us by sending an email to

We love the fact you have chosen to PREORDER an item with Fearlesss, we try our best to make sure all our gorgeous products are available as soon as possible, however, sometimes being this fabulous is impossible, if you order a PREORDER item on our site, please note we will take payment at the point of ordering, if there is any delays with the order we will contact you to let you know. If you order a number of items along side your PREORDERED item we will reserve the stock and send your order out in full once your preordered item is available.
