Mainland UK Returns
That's easy! You can find all the information on the back of your invoice. If you have lost your invoice, please enclose a note with your return including your order number and name.
If you are a UK customer, you can print a PREPAID returns label by clicking here. Simply print and stick this label and take it to the Post Office - we'll deduct £2.70 from your refund.
What’s that? You haven't got a printer? You don't need a printer, you can take the QR bar-code, to your nearest delivery office and they will print the label for you!

If you choose not to use the returns label, we recommend you use a recorded service, so your parcel can be easily tracked back to our Fearlesss Family. We cannot be held responsible for any lost parcels.
International & ROI Returns
To return an item back to us from outside of the UK: Your order should be still in its original condition with all tags attached. Please fill in your details on the back of the invoice, put this into your parcel and post it to us at:

We recommend that you send this as recorded delivery, so you can track it on its way back to us.
Unfortunately, we don’t cover return postage costs. You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to Fearlesss.co.uk.
Wrong size? Exchange?
Due to being a fast online fashion company and our products being so popular, we regret to inform you that we cannot process an exchange.
Customers can obtain a replacement item quicker by placing a new order and returning the original item/order for a full refund, which we endeavour to process within 5 - 10 working days of receipt.
However, your card issuer may take up to five working days further to credit your account.
We will not be held responsible for items returned to us in error, the contents will be donated to a local charity.
PS, just a quick checklist for your return
Should we receive your return after 14 days, you will only be eligible for a store credit to your Fearlesss account. The decision to issue a credit note will be made on an individual order basis for orders returned between 14-28 days.
Please be careful when trying on your new purchases, as unfortunately, we can’t refund any items that are marked with make-up, fake tan or body lotions, etc. All items must be returned in the condition they were received, with the tags still attached.
Hair Products/Accessories, Earrings, Underwear or swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed) cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.

Please allow up to 20 working days for our returns department to process your return and refund. It can take your bank a further 2-10 days to show this refund in your account. If you have any problems with your order, we ask that you let us know within 7 days.
