We hope you love your Fearlesss purchases but if for any reason they are not suitable we will happily offer a refund for items you wish to return.
Returns must be RECEIVED back no later than 14 days from receiving the item.
Returns must include a completed returns form (included in your parcel) failure to do so may result in a delay or problem with your return.
To return your parcel simply use the pre-paid returns label included inside your parcel (UK customers only) and drop to your local Post Office.
If you are returning an item(s) or in the rare event that your item(s) are deemed as faulty or incorrect we ask that you contact us using our form and we'll arrange to get the items(s) back to ourselves, ensuring you don't receive any extra cost. Please note we are unable to reimburse any extra unarranged postage fees.

Please be sure to gain proof of postage and a tracking number from the post office when doing so. Failure to do so may result in a delay or problem with your return.
All returns are processed within 10 business days (Monday - Friday) of receiving your items back to us. Once your refund has been notified to you, it may take up to 3-5 working days to arrive in your receiving account depending on your banking facilities.
Returns MUST be received in original condition as defined below:
- Tags still attached
- No marks on items including make up and deodorant.
- Any original packaging i.e. boxes , bags must be included
Items which are not received in their original condition as defined above will not be refunded and returned to the sender so please take extra care when trying on your order. In the rare event that a return is rejected, the decision is final and not negotiable.
We will refund the original payment method for the full value of the item less shipping paid.
If you choose to use our pre paid Royal Mail returns label the £2.70 cost will be deducted from your refund.

We regret to inform you that we cannot process an exchange. You can return your item to us for a refund and then place a new order to get the item of choice.
In exceptional circumstances where a faulty or incorrect item is received then we will exchange this for you.
We will not be held responsible for items returned to us in error, the contents will be donated to a local charity.
