Returns Policy

OHH BABE! IS THERE A PROBLEM? DO YOU WANT TO RETURN SOMETHING? 

We hope you love your Fearlesss purchases' but if for any reason they are not suitable we will happily offer a refund for items you wish to return.

Returns must be RECEIVED back no later than 14 days from receiving the item.

Returns must include a completed returns form (included in your parcel on the back of your invoice) failure to do so may result in a delay or problem with your return.

To return your parcel simply use the pre-paid returns label (UK customers only) and drop to your local Post Office. Please keep your proof of return reciept incase there is an issue with your return. 

If you are returning an item(s) or in the rare event that your item(s) are deemed as faulty or incorrect we ask that you contact us and we'll arrange to get the items(s) back to ourselves, ensuring you don't receive any extra cost. Please note we are unable to reimburse any extra unarranged postage fees.

Please be sure to gain proof of postage and a tracking number from the post office when doing so. Failure to do so may result in a delay or problem with your return.

All returns are processed within 5-10 business days (Monday - Friday) of receiving your items back to us. Once your refund has been completed we will notify you via email, it may take up to 3-5 working days to arrive in your receiving account depending on your banking facilities.  

Returns MUST be received in original condition as defined below:

Unworn
Unwashed
Tags still attached
No marks on items including make up and deodorant.
Any original packaging i.e. boxes , bags must be included

Items which are not received in their original condition as defined above will not be refunded and returned to the sender (please note will will invoice you £2.70 before this can be returned to you, if you do not wish to pay for your return we will destroy the item and you will not be refunded) so please take extra care when trying on your order. In the rare event that a return is rejected, the decision is final and not negotiable.

We will refund the original payment method for the full value of the item less shipping paid.

If you choose to use our pre paid Royal Mail returns label the £2.70 cost will be deducted from your refund. If you chose to return your goods at your own cost via a different method, Fearlesss.co.uk cannot be responsible for any missing goods. Please note we will not refund any charges you may have occured if you return and item at your own cost, if you have a problem with our returns portal please email customer service prior to returning your parcel. 

Please allow 10 working days (Monday-Friday) for us to process your return request.

International Returns

To return an item back to us from outside of the UK: Your order should be still in its original condition with all tags attached. Please fill in your details on the back of the invoice, put this into your parcel and post it to us at: Fearlesss Returns, Waterside House, Crossall Street, Macclesfield, SK11 6XQ. We recommend that you send this as recorded delivery so you can track it on its way back to us. We’ll drop you over an email once we’ve processed your return. Unfortunately, we don’t cover return postage costs. You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to Fearlesss.co.uk.


Exchanges

Due to being an fast online fashion company and our products being so popular, we regret to inform you that we cannot process an exchange. Customers can obtain a replacement item quicker by placing a new order and returning the original item/order for a full refund, which we endeavour to process within 5 - 10 working days of receipt. However, your card issuer may take upto five working days further to credit your account. 

In exceptional circumstances where a faulty or incorrect item is received then we will exchange this for you. (subject to stock and availabilty)

We will not be held responsible for items returned to us in error, the contents will be donated to a local charity.
